Opportunity: Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator at VIVIBOWL!

This role will support our restaurant operations by managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy, and working closely with suppliers to ensure our stores are fully stocked and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies.
  • Allocate and distribute products to restaurant locations based on operational needs.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process purchase orders, transfers, and inventory documentation.
  • Coordinate with ingredient and supply vendors regarding deliveries and inventory requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively identify replenishment needs.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with restaurant operations to resolve inventory discrepancies and support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or restaurant supply chain operations required.
  • Experience with inventory allocation, stock counting, and order processing.
  • Familiarity with food ingredients and restaurant suppliers is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when operational needs require.
