Responsibilities
  • Follow FIFO guideline and ensure proper material rotation and staging
  • Research and locate materials (e.g., ZME1 packages), updating system location as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues related to receiving, scanning, staging, and labeling of materials and finished goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory in SAP, including raw materials, scrap, and finished goods
  • Assist with scrap tracking and downgrading processes in alignment with company procedures
  • Perform cycle counts and participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory counts
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives, including location audits and system reconciliation
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in daily meetings covering safety, production schedules, and operational updates
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support audit processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Assist with training on procedures and proper equipment use as directed
  • Serves as Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk backup
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of inventory system (SAP or similar) preferred
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and safety requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
