The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of Wynn Las Vegas' warehouse and inventory management functions. This role ensures the accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory control of merchandise, food and beverage products, operating supplies, and retail goods. The Warehouse Clerk maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciles discrepancies, and supports internal departments by providing timely and accurate fulfillment of warehouse requests while upholding Wynn's standards of excellence and service.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound deliveries to ensure accuracy of quantities, condition, and supporting documentation.
  • Accurately record and process inventory transactions within inventory management systems.
  • Pick, pack, and distribute materials, supplies, and merchandise to internal departments throughout the resort.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts in warehouse, and operational inventory locations.
  • Research, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and shortages.
  • Verify pallet contents and update inventory records, purchase orders, and receiving documentation as required.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including order pickers and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Utilize RF scanners and inventory tracking systems to accurately receive, issue, transfer, and count inventory.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage locations and ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are followed.
  • Complete filing, documentation management, and distribution of inventory-related paperwork.
  • Assist with physical inventories and year-end inventory processes.
  • Support loss prevention efforts through adherence to inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all Wynn Resorts policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide professional service and effective communication when interacting with internal departments and team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, receiving, or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanning technology preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience operating an order picker or similar warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures.
