The Job

As a Warehouse Associate, you play an important role in helping us deliver on our promises to clients. Every order picked accurately, every shipment received correctly, and every task completed safely contributes to the exceptional service our customers rely on.

We're looking for dependable team members who take pride in doing quality work, support their coworkers, and understand that reliability and productivity matter.

In this role, you'll receive training and gain experience across several warehouse functions, including Receiving, Projects (assembly), Picking and Packing.

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick customer orders accurately using voice-picking technology and RF scanners
  • Verify order accuracy through quality checks
  • Package products according to client specifications and quality standards
  • Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations

Warehouse Operations

  • Load and replenish packaging and production lines
  • Sort, move, and handle products throughout the warehouse
  • Rebuild skids and prepare products for shipment as required

Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently
  • Verify shipment information, including quantities, lot numbers, and expiry dates where applicable
  • Stage product in designated warehouse locations
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives

Teamwork & Safety

  • Follow all company health and safety procedures
  • Crosstrain and support multiple departments as business needs require
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace culture
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
  • Prior experience using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) regularly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach, and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the shift
  • Commitment to safe work practices and following established procedures
