Description
Imprimus Labels & Packaging is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Inventory Control & Shipping Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dublin, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production has the materials it needs while accurately receiving, storing, staging, and shipping products to our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Pull materials for production according to the manufacturing schedule
  • Stage materials for press operators
  • Prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Package, label, wrap, and palletize finished goods
  • Create shipping documents and bills of lading
  • Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers
  • Load and unload trucks safely
  • Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
  • Perform cycle counts and monthly inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse using 5S principles
  • Assist Flexographic Press Operators with material staging, ink preparation, and press changeovers when needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse and production areas

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping, or manufacturing experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory or ERP software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
  • Label printing or packaging manufacturing
  • Inventory control
  • Shipping and receiving
  • UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager
  • Label Traxx ERP or similar manufacturing software

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk throughout the workday
  • Bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
  • Work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
