Job description

Job Summary
This position is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and boxing a variety of inventory orders, as well as properly dispositioning items to stock.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
  • Inventory Management: Pick, stage, and box work orders; transfer inventory to designated pickable stock locations.
  • ERP & Systems Usage: Perform stock availability searches, process inventory transfers, and participate in cycle counts. Use compliance, documentation, and training software (e.g., ComplianceWire, MasterControl, Windchill).
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Basic math proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organization, detail orientation, and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
    • Ability to read, write, and follow complex, detailed instructions.
  • Physical & Environmental:
    • Frequent hand dexterity and close-vision/depth-perception focus.
    • Must be able to work in a light manufacturing/warehouse environment and cleanroom settings (requiring proper gowning).
