Warehouse Associate I – 1st Shift

Location: Newville, PA 17241
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4-day workweek)


Job Summary

Hiring Warehouse Associates (Inventory Control/QA) for 1st shift. The role involves counting, reconciling inventory, quality assurance checks, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inventory counts, reconciliation, and quality control tasks.

  • Follow IC Manager’s direction to meet daily operational goals.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety standards.

  • Operate pallet jack (training provided, if needed).

  • Support process improvement and participate in team discussions.

  • Accurately complete documentation and maintain data integrity in warehouse systems.

  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience: 1+ year of warehouse, inventory control, or QA experience preferred.

  • Technical: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation).
