Inventory Specialist – Reach Truck Certified| Henderson, NV


Nexeo HR is hiring a Reach Truck–Certified Inventory Specialist for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Henderson, NV. This role is NOT entry-level. We are seeking candidates with recent, hands-on Reach Truck experience and a strong background in inventory control and cycle counting.

Reach Truck certification and recent experience are REQUIRED.


Responsibilities

•Safely operate a Reach Truck (high reach forklift) to store, retrieve, and organize inventory

•Perform cycle counts, audit counts, and inventory reconciliations

•Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances

•Execute inventory adjustments, transfers, and consolidations

•Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

•Use RF scanners, Excel, and inventory reporting tools

•Support returns processing, reverse logistics, and quality checks

•Follow all OSHA and warehouse safety standards


Qualifications

Required

•Recent Reach Truck experience (within the last 12–18 months)

•Valid Reach Truck certification

•Proven inventory control experience (cycle counts, audits, adjustments)

•Experience using a WMS (SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Manhattan, etc.)

•Comfortable working at heights on a Reach Truck

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•High school diploma or GED

Preferred

•Background as an Inventory Control Specialist or Inventory Analyst

•Experience in a high volume distribution or manufacturing warehouse

•Returns processing or reverse logistics experience

•Advanced Excel or inventory reporting skills


Pay

$19.00–$21.50 per hour


Schedule

•First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–3:00 PM

•Second Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 1:00 PM–12:00 AM

•Weekend Shift: Friday 4:00 AM–3:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday 1:00 PM–12:00 AM
