Job description

The Inventory Associate plays a key role in supporting accurate inventory management and product flow within the distribution center. The position is responsible for conducting physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring products are correctly handled, processed, and staged for shipment per customer requirements and company standards.
What You'll Do
  • Accurately perform physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and receipt audits promptly.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including overages and shortages.
  • Assist with the assembly of finished goods, including repackaging, damage processing, inventory adjustments, and relabeling.
  • Identity and report outdated, expired, or damaged inventory for appropriate resolution.
  • Set up pick locations for products.
  • Operates forklift and other powered equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report any safety concerns or product damage to a supervisor.
  • Actively participate in required safety training and adhere to company policies at all times.
