Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment where efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
  • Prepare and load outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
  • Track inventory, equipment, and assets to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
  • Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment.
  • Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
