Description:

The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible to assist in managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role involves receiving shipments, stocking inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient inventory management and distribution. This position will also assist in fulfilling and shipping orders.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Ensure production has all inventory daily to fulfill production orders.
  • Manage all bin locations and ensure all bins are stocked properly for start of each work day.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Work closely with the other team members to ensure smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all inventory items.
  • Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
  • Assist in managing returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist in developing and improving warehouse and inventory procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office.
