Job Category:Supply ChainJob Family:Warehousing & DistributionWork Shift:Job Description:This is a 6am-6:30pm schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation at our offsite warehouse.Work closely with Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, and Office StaffUse WMS to print pick lists, pull orders, and resolve problemsReceive product into the warehouse, check a lot, quantity, condition of the product.Check product for damage or leakersReview and check ordersCreate pallet labels, and store product in proper storage locations using RF scan gun.Rotate product FIFOAssist with Office/Clerical duties as needed. Complete all necessary paperworkUpdate orders with all required information (Name, Shipping lane) and mark off items once they have been picked. Make sure to use the correct license plate (LP) when picking ordersMake sure all partial skids are being pulled before pulling full skids.Maintain designated work area assigned by using the 5s procedure to provide a safe and clean work environment at all times.Make sure only the equipment assigned is being used.Place packing list inside upright hand corner once picked and wrapped for the final audit.Weigh out ingredients for current and future production needs.Accurately read batching sheets and prioritize weigh out needs according to the customer and internal specifications.Accurately identify and record lot code, product, and other ingredient information.Must maintain a clean working area and follow all GMP'sContribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as requestedMust adhere to all regulations, food safety procedures, and company policiesOther duties, as assignedQualifications:Education:High School Diploma or GED Preferred.Experience:Forklift Certification (Reach Truck, Sit Down, Stand Up, Pallet Jack)Skills Required:Ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to multi-task and handle changing prioritiesAbility to use an RF scan gun2+ years WMS experienceCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with supervisors/managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to ensure understanding of safety instructions, work procedures, policies, and communications essential to job performance.Results driven, bottom-line oriented, strive to exceed goals, and motivate self and others to achieve positive outcomes.Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge, ability to learn new skills quickly, and achieve a high level of accomplishment.Ability to extract, analyze, and act on information with limited supervisory input.Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.Able to lift up to 50+ lbsMust be able to complete and pass required Wonderlic testEligible partners will receive:Eligible partners will receive: Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
