What is a Warehouse Incentive job?

A Warehouse Incentive job typically refers to a warehouse position where employees have the opportunity to earn extra pay or bonuses based on their performance. These incentives are often tied to metrics such as the number of items picked, packed, or shipped within a certain timeframe. The goal is to motivate employees to be more productive and efficient while maintaining quality and safety standards. Warehouse incentive programs vary by employer and may include individual or team-based rewards.
