Warehouse Supervisor

Basic Diamond – Operations Built for Efficiency & Growth

Position Overview


At Basic Diamond, we don’t just run a warehouse — we run a high-performance operation built on structure, accountability, and efficiency.
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can take full ownership of inventory, warehouse organization, purchasing, and logistics — and turn it into a clean, controlled, and scalable system.
This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. You will be responsible for keeping inventory accurate, the warehouse organized, and operations running smoothly across purchasing, receiving, and shipping.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Accuracy:
- Maintain real-time, accurate inventory across systems (Cin7, QuickBooks)
- Enforce barcode tracking and labeling
- Perform weekly cycle counts and monthly audits
Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain clean, structured warehouse
- Implement bin locations and layout systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency
Shipping & Receiving:
- Oversee all shipments and deliveries
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping
Purchasing:
- Monitor stock and place purchase orders
- Manage vendor relationships and timelines
Systems:
- Maintain barcode systems and inventory software
- Fix discrepancies and system issues
Team Leadership:
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, enforce accountability


Qualifications

- 3+ years warehouse or inventory management experience
- Experience with barcode systems and ERP software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
