Are you prepared to advance your career as a Warehouse Coordinator?
In the role of Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be overseeing a range of warehouse activities, such as goods receiving, merchandise inspection, sorting, and storage. Your responsibilities include handling claims for missing or damaged items, coordinating shipping to internal sites and customers, and generating necessary paperwork for sales and transfers. You'll play a key role in organizing the warehouse structure, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting shipping needs across various sites and departments. Conducting weekly cycle and full inventory counts, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring proper safety equipment usage are integral parts of your duties. Additionally, you'll be involved in onboarding new team members.
Are You Looking to:
 
  • Manage goods receiving, involving unloading trucks and inspecting merchandise. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards?
  • File claims for any missing or damaged items received?
  • Handle shipping to internal sites and customers, creating essential paperwork for sales and transfers?
  • Organize the warehouse, and implement a proper structure with assigned bin locations?
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse?

Are You Ready to:
  • Provide support for shipping needs across sites and departments.
  • Conduct weekly cycle and full inventory counts.
  • Strictly adhere to safety rules at all times.
  • Wear the appropriate safety equipment while in the warehouse.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management
  • Necessary data entry and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
  • Previous experience with ERP systems is beneficial
  • Forklift license is advantageous
  • Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours as project demands dictate
  • Willingness to travel to support our sites if required
