Need work for the summer? Bill's Distributing, Ltd., a leader in beverage distribution, is seeking Seasonal Helpers to assist in the warehouse or with our service and delivery teams.
Essential Job Functions:
• Prepare for each daily route by:
o Picking product from warehouse according to system generated pick list in a timely and efficient manner
o Loading machine product bins into company vehicle for delivery
• Unload and put away new loads of product on racking
• Understand and adhere to all BDL policies and procedures regarding product quality
• Assist in the repack room, dumping product
• Use a forklift to pick product and load onto trucks
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
Necessary Skills and Abilities
• Basic math and reading skills
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Uses a tablet to assist with picking product
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively
Physical Requirements
• Able to handle the physical requirements of lifting various case and keg stock up to 170 pounds
Working Conditions/Environment
• Work is performed primarily in a warehouse setting
