Job Title: IT ERP Product Lead

Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT ERP Product Lead reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to develop accounting software applications. Perform software development for the SAP Financial Accounting/Controlling ("FI/CO") software application. Assess capabilities and limitations of native SAP functional solutions and provide module configuration and analysis support. Participate in SAP implementations across the Motion Control Solutions platform and deliver computer system process improvements to the business. Develop and deliver effective FI/CO software solutions which leverage master data and integration points with other SAP modules, as well as SAP and industry standard best practices. Provide computer system and software solutions needed to ensure that the application runs effectively. Provide SAP configurations and solutions within financial accounting related modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and fixed assets. Provide SAP configurations and solutions within controlling related modules including product costing, profit center accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis. Provide SAP configurations for product cost planning including valuation variants, costing variants, and costing sheets. Develop SAP configurations for GAAP financial requirements including taxation, inventory valuation, payment processes, and fixed assets. Integrate SAP with other applications including Concur. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. permitted up to 5 days per week. Annual Salary: $131,373 - $148,200/year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field plus five years of progressive experience in developing accounting software applications. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Performing software development for the SAP Financial Accounting/Controlling ("FI/CO") software application; 2. Providing SAP configurations and solutions within financial accounting related modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and fixed assets; 3. Providing SAP configurations and solutions within controlling related modules including product costing, profit center accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis; 4. Providing SAP configurations for product cost planning including valuation variants, costing variants, and costing sheets; 5. Developing SAP configurations for GAAP financial requirements including taxation, inventory valuation, payment processes, and fixed assets; and 6. Integrating SAP with other applications including Concur.
