Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Duties Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and identify information against bills of lading and other receiving documents. Safely unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment, including hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and voice-picking technology, ensuring accuracy and minimizing product damage. Perform inventory movements, adjustments, replenishments, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits as assigned. Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, and other inventory concerns to leadership. Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling devices safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and complete daily tasks within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that supports operational excellence and workplace safety standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies. Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, inventory, or order fulfillment experience. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, or voice-picking technology. Forklift and/or pallet jack operating experience.
