Description
Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisors to lead our Parts Distribution operations on our 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety across the floor.

Hours: Monday through Friday 2:00PM to 10:00PM
What You'll Do
  • Supervise and support warehouse associates on your assigned shift
  • Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts
  • Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
  • Work closely with management to meet operational goals

Requirements
What You'll Need
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory processes and warehouse workflows
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse technology
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
