Job Summary
Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Warehouse Lead to join our Supply Chain team in Mountville, Pennsylvania.
The Warehouse Lead serves as a key member of the warehouse leadership team and is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by providing floor leadership, work direction, coaching, process oversight, and operational support. This position works closely with Warehouse Supervisors and Supply Chain leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material movement throughout the facility.
The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in supporting inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, employee training, process compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and food safety requirements while maintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor.
This position does not have direct reports but serves as a lead resource and subject matter expert for warehouse personnel.
Schedule
Available shifts may include:
  • 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Additional overtime, weekends, holidays, and schedule adjustments may be required based on business needs and production demands.
Occasional shift coverage may be required to support operational needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Receive daily direction from Warehouse Supervisors and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
  • Assign and reassign labor resources throughout the warehouse based on operational priorities and business needs.
  • Monitor warehouse workflow to ensure efficient movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory, storage, and production supply activities.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and FIFO inventory practices.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count activities.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity and operational performance metrics.

Leadership & Team Support
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and work direction to warehouse associates.
  • Reinforce company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
  • Coach employees on performance expectations and best practices.
  • Serve as a warehouse subject matter expert (SME) for processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Support employee development through training, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Assist supervisors with workforce communication and engagement efforts.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Training & Employee Development
  • Partner with new hires during onboarding and operational training.
  • Provide hands-on training related to warehouse processes, RF scanning systems, equipment operation, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct retraining activities as necessary to address process deviations or performance gaps.
  • Support training documentation and employee skill development programs.
  • Communicate employee progress and development opportunities to warehouse leadership.

Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct warehouse audits, inspections, and process verifications.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists.
  • Monitor key warehouse performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Assist leadership with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including:
    • 5S Programs
    • Lean Manufacturing Initiatives
    • Inventory Accuracy Programs
    • Process Improvement Projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Inventory & Systems Management
  • Utilize RF scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to support inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory movements and material transactions.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Support inventory reconciliation activities and warehouse reporting requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation.

Food Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Follow all food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
    • Good Storage Practices (GSPs)
    • HACCP Programs
    • SQF Programs
    • Allergen Control Programs
    • Sanitation Programs
    • Workplace Safety Standards
  • Report food safety, quality, inventory, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Support other departments as assigned.
  • Participate in special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing RF scanning equipment and inventory systems.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Ability to provide direction and earn the respect of team members.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to interact with digital warehouse systems.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
  • Experience leading teams in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of warehouse performance metrics and operational reporting.

The Warehouse Lead serves as a representative of Warehouse Leadership and provides work direction and operational guidance to:

  • Other warehouse team members as assigned

All warehouse personnel are expected to follow work direction provided by Warehouse Leads.
Physical Requirements
