About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse & Delivery Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our locations, making sure that supplies are on hand in our warehouse and getting to where they need to go. The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse inventory, unit deliveries, and related operations.

What You'll Do

  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Oversee all activities within the warehouse including receiving, storing, packing and delivering.
    • Ensure stock of supplies for daily operations, including equipment for our various experiences, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, and more
    • Coordinate delivery of supplies to and from multiple locations, including recurring deliveries as well as event specific needs.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
    • Work with procurement and other departments to manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.
  • Janitorial Operations:
    • Supervise and motivate janitorial staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
    • Schedule janitorial staff, ensuring that there is coverage at all requested times for each location.
    • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate the procurement process.
    • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

  • Clean Driving Record (Driver's License Required)
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred
  • Previous experience in facility management, delivery logistics, or a related field, preferably in an event venue or hospitality setting.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using computer software and tools relevant to the role.
