Job description

Warehouse & Delivery Assistant

Precept Wine is the largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest. We're seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries and world-class tasting rooms. Currently we are looking for the best and brightest to fill an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse & Delivery Assistant in our Seattle office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support in pick-up and delivery of customer & tasting room orders.
  • Assisting in all processing, assembling, delivering of wine club, employee, non-profit, online, donation and event wine orders
  • Stocking all shipping (UPS, FedEx and DHL) supplies
  • Organizing warehouse
  • Working with marketing on packing and mailing samples
  • Assist with events to ensure staffing and deliveries for wine events are completed.
  • Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damage.
  • Provide outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Make last-minute order adjustment as requested by customers.
  • Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Handle and transport product safely
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The applicant must be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. 40 hours per week.
