Job Purpose:

As a Warehouse & Delivery Team Member, you play a critical role in ensuring that products move efficiently from our warehouse to our customers’ homes and our retail floor. This role blends logistics, teamwork, and customer interaction, supporting both warehouse operations and delivery execution.

You will ensure that deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care while supporting warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency. Your work directly impacts the customer experience, inventory accuracy, and overall flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist delivery drivers with scheduled deliveries including patio furniture, grills, plants, trees, and shrubs
  • Load, unload, inspect, and prepare delivery vehicles daily
  • Ensure all items are accurate, secure, and delivery-ready
  • Follow delivery routes, schedules, and all safety standards
  • Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and upkeep
  • Assist with receiving, staging, and preparing inventory
  • Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Drive company vehicles (pickup truck) for material pickups as needed
  • Address customer questions or concerns professionally during deliveries
  • Perform additional operational and warehouse tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions

Preferred:

  • Chauffeur’s license (not required)
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with delivery routing tools (e.g., Google Maps)
