Professional Warehouse & Delivery Technician

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Receive and inspect incoming window and door shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Safely handle large, heavy, and fragile windows, doors, glass, and related materials
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
  • Stage materials by project for upcoming deliveries and installations
  • Load and unload company trucks using proper equipment and safe handling techniques
  • Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment
  • Secure products properly for safe transportation and damage prevention
  • Make local deliveries to residential construction jobsites throughout the Valley
  • Assist with unloading and staging products at jobsites
  • Verify materials and deliveries to ensure the correct products reach the correct project
  • Help keep company vehicles and warehouse equipment clean, inspected, and in good working condition
  • Work closely with Project Managers, installers, service technicians, office staff, vendors, and freight companies
  • Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE


What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license in good standing with a good driving record
  • Forklift experience and the ability to safely operate a forklift
  • Previous warehouse, delivery, construction-material, window/door, glass, or building-material experience preferred
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs. independently and safely maneuver heavier or oversized windows and doors with a team member and appropriate equipment
  • Comfortable using dollies, carts, straps, lifts, and other material-handling equipment
  • Able to work on your feet and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Detail-oriented and careful when handling valuable and fragile products
  • Professional and courteous when interacting with customers, contractors, and job-site personnel
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mentality
  • Willingness to take initiative, care for company equipment, and help wherever needed


Work Environment

This is an active, physical position that combines warehouse work with local deliveries. Our warehouse can be warm, particularly during the summer months. Delivery and loading responsibilities also require working outdoors and at active residential construction sites in varying Arizona weather conditions.
