As a Warehouse Automation Senior Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
  • Lead large-scale warehouse and distribution center automation programs from roadmap through deployment, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Define automation strategies, target operating models, and phased investment roadmaps aligned to business goals and fulfillment transformation priorities
  • Oversee solution design for warehouse automation technologies, including goods-to-person, sortation, automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous mobile robots, controls, and system interfaces
  • Coordinate requirements and integration across warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems, warehouse execution systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, transport management systems, and data platforms
  • Drive vendor selection, operational readiness, performance management, and executive stakeholder communication while supporting team development and practice growth

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, automation engineering, operations transformation, or consulting
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Experience delivering at least 1 end-to-end warehouse automation deployment from design through go-live
  • Experience with warehouse management system, warehouse control system, or warehouse execution system implementations and integrations
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred:
  • Sales experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • Experience with warehouse management system, warehouse control system, and warehouse execution system implementation and integration patterns
  • Experience with robotics or automation technologies, including autonomous mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems, sortation, conveyor, vision, or pick and pack automation
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute, Prosci, or similar certification
  • Experience in regulated environments, including life sciences, food, cold chain, or e-commerce fulfillment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600 to $338,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
