  • Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry. 

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you’ll do:

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

What it takes to succeed:

  • Positive Attitude & Work Ethic:  Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team
  • Dependability: Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!
