Outdoor Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Outdoor Warehouse Associate to support material handling and packaging operations in an outdoor work environment. This position involves working with roofing materials, preparing products for storage and shipment, and ensuring materials are properly secured to prevent damage.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable performing physical labor outdoors throughout the workday. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count, sort, stack, and prepare roofing materials for storage and transportation.
  • Secure products into shipping containers, crates, or designated storage areas.
  • Inspect materials for quality and proper placement before packaging.
  • Safely move and handle construction materials throughout the worksite.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • Must provide and wear appropriate weather-related protective clothing when necessary.
