Monster Electrical is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, respectful, and always willing to step in and help the team meet its daily goals. You will be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions and work in a supportive environment with minimal micromanagement.

Monster Electrical supplies the world with fuses and medium-voltage switchgear, supporting critical infrastructure across industries. Our team plays an essential role in delivering reliable products to customers every day.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize inventory systems to locate and manage stock
• Clean, refurbish, and test products as required
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once every 5 weeks) supporting after-hours operational needs
• Respond to on-call requests as needed, typically within 1–2 hours of notification
• Support cross-training efforts across multiple warehouse functions
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

On-Call Program Details
• Scheduled approximately once every 5 weeks
• Runs from Monday afternoon through the following Monday morning
• Guaranteed $175 on-call stipend per rotation, regardless of call activity
• Additional $175 per call-in event , if required
• On-call events typically occur 0–1 times per week on average
• All time worked during call-ins is paid in addition to stipend

Qualifications
• Detail oriented
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Familiarity with basic workshop tools
• Valid driver’s license required

Physical Demands
• Frequent standing and walking
• Repetitive hand motion
• Occasional lifting as required for warehouse operations

Compensation
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
