About the Role

Our Warehouse Associates are the heartbeat of our fulfillment operation. They ensure every order moves through our warehouse with care, accuracy, and efficiency-so customers receive exactly what they ordered, when they expect it.

We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists
  • Verify order completeness prior to packing and shipment
  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies
  • Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic English communication skills sufficient to perform job duties
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions required
  • Ability to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructions
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: $16.00-$17.00
  • Day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts may be available
  • Expected Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • Work Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NY
