Distribution Associate 
SEA Wire & Cable – Madison, AL
Starting at $17/hr → $18/hr after training (≈90 days)
Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm | Occasional required overtime
SEA Wire & Cable, a leading supplier in the Military & Commercial Aerospace industry for 50+ years, is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to join our distribution center. We’re a growing company with a family‑focused culture and strong opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do

  • Receive and verify incoming products
  • Pick materials using barcode scanners
  • Perform value‑added processing with high quality standards
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse machinery
  • Inspect all incoming/outgoing items
  • Follow OSHA and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail & quality mindset
  • Coachable, team‑oriented, eager to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
