Day amp; Night Shift Available
Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hour based on experience
Night Shift Differential: Additional 10% on top of base pay

Apache Workforce is currently hiring Warehouse Associates /Material Handler opportunities with TAS Energy in Houston, TX. We are seeking dependable candidates with warehouse, shipping amp; receiving, or forklift experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role supports shipping and receiving operations while maintaining inventory accuracy, organization, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations
  • Unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Verify incoming merchandise and match purchase orders to shipments
  • Accurately stock and organize materials both physically and electronically
  • Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Review MTRs and maintain material traceability when required
  • Assist with routine inventory cycle counts
  • Open crates, containers, and pallets safely
  • Label and document incoming and outgoing materials, part numbers, and project information
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following 5S standards
  • Sweep, dust, mop, and keep work areas clean and safe
  • Relocate between warehouse sites as needed
  • Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Perform additional duties assigned
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Previous forklift operating experience required
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and instructions
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or factory experience
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Work Environment amp; Physical Requirements
  • Work performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Non-air-conditioned facility
  • Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed
  • Exposure to industrial warehouse conditions and equipment
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Safety glasses required; earplugs recommended
