Warehouse Associate/Driver

Commercial Pipe & Supply, a Harrington Company, is a leading distributor of pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF), serving customers across commercial, industrial, and municipal markets. Built on a strong foundation of service, reliability, and product expertise, CPS has earned a reputation as a trusted partner to its customers.

As part of the Harrington family of companies, CPS benefits from a national platform, expanded product offerings, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality process solutions. With a focus on strong vendor partnerships and strategic inventory, we ensure our customers have the products they need, when they need them.

We know our success comes from our people, and we're committed to creating opportunities for growth, development, and long-term careers. If you're looking to join a team that values hard work, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we'd love to have you on board.

At Commercial Pipe & Supply, a Harrington Company, we're more than a distributor—we're a team committed to safety, customer service, and supporting one another.

As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, your primary focus will be supporting our day-to-day warehouse operations. You'll help receive, organize, pull, stage, and prepare products for our customers while keeping the warehouse safe and running efficiently. You'll also make local customer deliveries as needed, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable both working in the warehouse and getting behind the wheel when the team needs support.

If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying organized, and aren't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against shipping documentation.
  • Pull, pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks and incoming deliveries.
  • Stock and organize products throughout the warehouse and yard.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory.
  • Prepare orders for customer pickup and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
  • Assist customers picking up orders and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Make local customer deliveries as needed.
  • Properly secure materials for transportation and verify delivery paperwork.
  • Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections when making deliveries.
  • Support other warehouse and operational needs as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus; training may be available if needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Comfortable making local deliveries when needed.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, active warehouse environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
