Role Summary

Help keep the magic moving behind the scenes! LEGOLAND Florida Resort is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support the smooth flow of merchandise and materials across our resort. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team that supports unforgettable guest experiences, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Must have valid Driver's License. Able to lift 70 pounds. Able to work on heights as high as 60 feet.ย Also, must have open availability 7-days of the week and at least 6-months of warehouse experience.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key role in the logistics and commercial success of the resort by ensuring merchandise and materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles

  • Move merchandise to storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment

  • Drive company vehicles to deliver materials to on-site and off-site locations

  • Receive, verify, tag, and prepare merchandise for distribution

  • Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels

  • Assemble and prepare items for shipment

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment

  • Follow health and safety procedures and suggest improvements

  • Support other departments as needed to meet resort demands

  • Work in indoor, outdoor, and enclosed warehouse locations

  • Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, dust, and noise

  • Physically active role with frequent lifting (25-75 lbs)

  • Requires focus and awareness in a busy, fast-moving environment

Qualifications & ExperienceWhat We're Looking For
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience (large retail or theme park experience preferred)

  • Ability to become forklift certified and operate warehouse equipment

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
