Warehouse Data Analyst

Position Overview
TRC is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Warehouse Analyst. This position plays a critical role in providing data-driven insights that help warehouse leadership improve operational performance, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service levels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations analysis and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Develop and enhance Excel dashboards, charts, KPI scorecards, and performance tracking tools.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics including:
o Productivity
o Backlog
o Service levels
o Labor utilization
o Inventory accuracy
o Order aging
Monitor performance by department, process, and shift.
Identify operational trends, bottlenecks, and root causes of missed targets.
Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to warehouse leadership.
Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Validate reporting data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational data analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
o PivotTables
o Formulas and functions
o Data analysis
o Charts and visualizations
o Dashboard development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage and organize large datasets while translating results into meaningful business insights.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience with:
