Job description

Warehouse Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE: At Coast, we move fast, and we’re proud of it! As our Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be right at the center of the action — keeping orders accurate, inventory data on point, and our fulfillment operations running like clockwork. You’ll put systems like NetSuite, PaceJet, and freight management platforms to work every day, teaming up with our picking, packing, inbound freight, and outbound freight crews (plus plenty of other departments) to keep Coast’s energy and momentum going strong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare daily dropship orders for customers. Coast provides direct-to-consumer fulfillment for a variety of ecommerce channels including Coast Portland, TikTok, Costco, Home Depot, Target, HD Supply, and Global Industrial.

  • Process order documentation for key accounts including Amazon, REI, and Advance Auto within NetSuite and related order management systems

  • Generate and manage pick tickets throughout the day using NetSuite, sorting and prioritizing workload for the picking team

  • Research and resolve order errors and discrepancies in NetSuite and PaceJet, working closely with picking and packing teams to correct records

  • Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile system-generated SKU data against physical inventory to maintain data accuracy

  • Support transfer receiving by verifying system accuracy and confirming proper zone placement

  • Book outbound LTL and TL shipments using the CH Robinson freight portal (Navisphere)

  • Assist the Inbound Freight Team as needed with container unloading and receiving

  • Alert the Customer Success Team to returned or rejected web order parcels and update order records accordingly

  • Provide backup support across warehouse departments during callouts or periods of increased order volume

  • Support kitting and rework projects as needed, including assembling product displays and updating related inventory records

  • Support the Warehouse Manager as needed and provide coverage during the manager’s absence

  • Secure the warehouse building at the end of the day

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting (ex. NetSuite, PaceJet)

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Comfort learning and adapting to new software platforms and order management technology

  • Ability to use handheld scanners and other digital tools for order and inventory processing

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping

  • Experience using manual and electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, tape guns, and box knives

  • Current forklift certification or ability to become certified

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Ability to pass a federal background check in order to work with bonded inventory

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
COMPENSATION:

  • Hourly: DOE — competitive compensation with opportunity for growth

  • Pay Frequency: Semi-Monthly

  • Annual Bonus: Discretionary based on overall company performance

COMPANY BENEFITS:

  • Paid Holidays: Minimum of 8 paid holidays per year

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Front-loaded PTO available at hire (starting at 112 hours per year), increasing with tenure, and resetting upon employee anniversary date

  • Health Insurance: Kaiser Permanente Medical and Prescription coverage, with 3 plan options available. Fully paid for employees, partially covered for dependents, eligible starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment

  • Health Savings Account (HSA): Available for employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

  • Vision Coverage: Provided through VSP

  • Dental Coverage: Delta Dental plan options available

  • 401k Plan: Available after 6 months of employment with a 6% employer safe harbor match
