Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Enter data of new hires into our foundation logic uniform software.
Assign new hires correct uniform ID badge and name tag.
Explain to new team members all necessary processes including locker information, dress code requirements. If needed take measurements for appropriate customization of uniform to the new hire.
Assist team members while turning in company property upon termination, un-assigning uniform, adding notes to uniform system and signing all paperwork to process outgoing team member's exit.
Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Ability to maintain composure and display a positive attitude at all times.
Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
Work with interruptions and strong attention to detail
Must have ability to learn uniform programs and any updates as needed.
Ability of simple reading and task completion skills is required.
Must have the following skills: following instructions.
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly standing, occasionally walking, reaching overhead, and bending over during the duration of their shift.
Must be able to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull up to 10lbs or less.
The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands and light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.
Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.
