Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-6:00 w/ flex needed for weekends and holidays
Compensation: Salary $125-175K DOE + discretionary performance-based bonus + M/D/V + 401(k) + PTO
Overview: A high-profile global family is seeking a Personal Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to two principals (a couple). This is a high-impact role for an experienced Personal Assistant who can manage complex schedules, international travel, high-stakes projects, and selected personal and household matters. The position offers the opportunity to build efficient systems that enable the principals to operate at their highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Household Coordination
  • Support scheduling of personal and family appointments
  • Organize recurring household matters, including staff schedules, wardrobe and gift tracking, and key medical or personal records
  • Build systems to keep information and tasks organized across locations

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with discretion and judgment
  • Introduce tools and practices that improve productivity for both principals and their support network

Executive Support
  • Manage dynamic calendars for two principals across time zones using Google Workspace
  • Maintain CRM and related systems for contacts, priorities, and commitments

Travel & Logistics
  • Plan and execute global travel for the principals and their family, including flights, visas, ground transport, accommodations, and itinerary changes on short notice

Projects & Properties
  • Coordinate select projects such as retreats, book launches, philanthropic initiatives, and special events
  • Liaise with designers, contractors, and vendors on property upgrades and ongoing projects across several countries, reporting progress and risks

  • Proven end-to-end project management and ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, expense and travel tools, and quick adoption of new technology
