About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Replenishment Manager with deep experience supporting Walmart and Sam's Club. This role will be responsible for managing inventory health, forecasting, replenishment strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal in-stock performance while minimizing supply chain costs. The ideal candidate has experience working directly with Walmart systems and merchants and possesses a strong understanding of Retail Link, Luminate, and supply chain analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales.
  • Analyze inventory trends, weeks of supply, and forecast accuracy to proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor item performance and execute replenishment strategies to support seasonal events, modular transitions, and promotions.
  • Identify out-of-stock issues and implement corrective actions to improve fill rates and customer service metrics.
  • Utilize Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, and internal forecasting tools to analyze sales, inventory, and replenishment performance.
  • Review POS trends, supplier OTIF metrics, and DC inventory to optimize supply chain execution.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators including:
    • In-stock %
    • Forecast Accuracy
    • Fill Rate
    • Weeks of Supply
    • OTIF Performance
    • Inventory Turns
  • Partner with Walmart replenishment managers, merchants, planners, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory issues and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure supply continuity.
  • Lead inventory planning for new item launches, promotions, and seasonal programs.
  • Support S&OP processes and provide demand insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve replenishment efficiency and reduce out-of-stocks.
  • Drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve service levels and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3- 7+ years of replenishment, supply chain, or demand planning experience.
  • Direct experience managing Walmart and/or Sam's Club business.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Walmart Retail Link (Logistics Portal, SQEP, ASIN)
    • Scintilla
    • Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
    • Forecasting and inventory planning tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
  • Understanding of Walmart OTIF requirements and supply chain processes.
  • Experience supporting omnichannel, eCommerce, or club channel business.
