Description:

The Key Account Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for Scosche's key retail accounts, including Walmart and other major customers. This position assists with customer support, item setup and maintenance, reporting, meeting coordination, order tracking, and communication between customers and internal departments.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail sales environment. Hourly Rate DOE ($26.50 - $30.00).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Account Support & Administration

Provide administrative support for assigned retail accounts.

Assist with order management, order tracking, inventory inquiries, and customer requests.

Monitor customer portals and communicate issues requiring follow-up.

Maintain account records, documentation, and customer files.

Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments including Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Assist in resolving routine customer service and operational issues.

Meeting & Project Support

Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and internal planning meetings.

Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and product samples.

Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities.

Support National Account Managers with customer projects and initiatives.

Retail Link & Customer Systems

Utilize Walmart Retail Link and related customer systems to access information and generate reports.

Assist with monitoring sales, inventory, replenishment, and item activity.

Maintain customer portal information and account data.

Support account managers by gathering information and preparing reports as requested.

Item Setup & Maintenance

Assist with item setup, maintenance, and updates within retailer systems.

Maintain product information, pricing, specifications, and customer records.

Coordinate product setup documentation and support new item introductions.

Help ensure consistency between customer systems and internal records.

Product & Sales Support

Develop working knowledge of Scosche products and product categories.

Assist with product presentations, line reviews, and customer meetings.

Maintain sales support materials and customer-facing documentation.

Support trade show preparation, vendor meetings, and special projects.

Administrative Support

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and sales support documents.

Maintain organized files and documentation.

Assist with special projects and department initiatives as assigned.

Support overall sales team operations and customer service objectives.

Requirements:

Education & Experience Requirements

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum two (2) years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or account support experience.

Experience supporting retail customers preferred.

Walmart Retail Link experience preferred.

Consumer products, retail, distribution, or manufacturing experience a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer-based work.

Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.

Ability to occasionally lift and move product samples and materials up to 25 pounds.

Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or company events.

Work Environment

This position is based in Scosche's Bentonville, Arkansas office and requires regular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours. Attendance at the assigned work location is an essential function of the position.
