The Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS, leads the execution of multiple realty projects by overseeing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages store project leads, and facilitates stakeholder communication to align project initiatives with corporate strategies. The position demands strong leadership in directing associates and contractors, resolving construction issues, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The manager drives continuous improvement, fosters accountability, and ensures projects meet operational and customer experience goals while supporting business objectives.
About the team:
The team leads remodeling and new store building projects, aligning operations and implementation to meet strategic goals. It plans and executes multiple initiatives by applying operational expertise to enhance program outcomes. The team establishes and enforces policies, coordinates cross-functional activities, and drives continuous improvement to optimize performance. With strong leadership, it develops teams, communicates changes effectively, and ensures compliance with company standards. By fostering collaboration and adaptability, the team supports business objectives, promotes operational excellence, and delivers sustainable solutions that align with customer needs and company priorities.
