The Senior Manager, Project Management, Mechanical Construction, leads multiple mechanical construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and regulatory standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage project scope, equipment delivery, and compliance. The position requires developing and tracking detailed project plans, providing regular status reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager also fosters team development, enforces company policies, and supports operational goals by removing obstacles and promoting effective communication across all stakeholders.

This team works closely with operations and project partners to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget goals. They coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and support strategic growth.   • Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking expenditures, and approving payments and change orders.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries by verifying engineering specifications and collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, enforcing standards and resolving noncompliance issues.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.
  • Lead and develop project teams by assigning responsibilities, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify and remove obstacles impacting project performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
