Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize multi-marketplace advertising campaigns to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Research trending products, categories, and keywords to identify growth opportunities and optimize ad performance.
  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce, marketplace, and external agency teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed performance analysis to measure success, identify insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns across marketplaces using metrics such as ACOS, CPC, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Stay current with advertising software, tools, and industry trends to implement best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI-driven performance.
  • Create and execute strategic digital marketing plans tailored for each marketplace platform.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Target+, Walmart, eBay, and others.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue growth and improving key performance metrics (ACOS, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • Deep understanding of marketplace advertising platforms, tools, and software Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target+, eBay Promoted Listings, and related analytical tools).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision- making.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and strategically in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting campaign insights.
