About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports RecStuff’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce strategy across its web storefronts and third-party marketplaces. This hands-on role manages product listings, digital advertising, product feeds, promotions, email marketing, social media, content, and performance reporting across channels including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketplace execution with careful data management, analytical thinking, and the ability to improve the online customer experience.

Accurate product information, effective advertising, competitive pricing, and reliable marketplace operations directly affect product visibility and online sales. This role helps keep RecStuff’s ecommerce channels current, consistent, and positioned to serve customers effectively.

What you'll do

  • Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other ecommerce channels.
  • Manage product information, inventory availability, pricing, product placement, new-item launches, and out-of-stock updates.
  • Maintain and improve ecommerce storefront content, navigation, and product presentation.
  • Create and enrich product data feeds and troubleshoot feed issues.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns using Google Merchant Center.
  • Plan and execute email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor sales, advertising, website, and product performance using Google Analytics and marketplace reporting tools.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales performance, product trends, and relevant market conditions for leadership.
  • Conduct competitive pricing and marketplace analysis and recommend appropriate adjustments.
  • Plan and execute ecommerce promotions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and update product descriptions, images, video, and other digital content for websites, marketplaces, email, and social media.
  • Apply SEO and ecommerce marketing practices to improve product discoverability and online performance.
  • Use spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools to analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present recommendations for improving RecStuff’s online presence and ecommerce performance.
  • Improve workflows, documentation, and data quality across ecommerce operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing listings and product performance across Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Experience driving new traffic to digital sales channels
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
  • Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to maintain product catalogs, inventory information, pricing, and digital product content accurately.
  • Experience using ecommerce, marketplace, and website analytics to evaluate performance and prepare actionable reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data.
  • Experience creating or coordinating content for ecommerce websites and digital marketing channels.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, product-feed management, and ecommerce marketing practices.
  • Strong analytical, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location and work model

This is a full-time, in-person position located in Jackson, Wisconsin. Travel is not currently required.
