The Chobani Sales Director (Walmart Dairy) will drive the strategy, business development and execution of the Chobani dairy business for this strategic customer.  This role will partner cross functionally with Commercial Development, Customer Finance, Supply Chain and New Product Development to develop and deliver a winning plan for the existing dairy business. This position is based in our sales office in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities
  • Dynamic, thought leadership in the development of Chobani's go-to-market strategy at Walmart that delivers volume and revenue targets
  • Develop, plan, and implement strategic selling plans to achieve sales objectives including volume, profit, and shopper expense
  • Drive and build relationships with dairy merchant team, understanding their needs, national and regional strategies while aligning with internal Chobani critical metrics
  • Be a proactive voice of Walmart internally: provide integrated customer, consumer, and competitor insights along with actionable recommendations to drive share of mind, resourcing and focus
  • Lead cross functional planning collaboration to deliver accurate volume and trade forecasts to finance, supply chain and commercial development partners
  • Identify and partner in the creation of selling materials to bring impactful and effective information to the Walmart dairy buy teams
  • Complete understanding of Walmart's internal structure, business practices and go to market strategies.
  • Develop direct reports, providing coaching and growth opportunities to build organizational capability
  • Pull, analyze and leverage Scintilla and syndicated data to inform selling strategies and business recommendations
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management
  • Walmart experience required
  • Strong and validated leadership skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional leadership
  • Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a high growth, highly visible environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to lead multiple projects against deadlines
  • Proficient with reporting systems such as IRI and Nielsen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 25% travel required

The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $220,000.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

To help save for the future, all employees are eligible for a 401k match of 100% on up to 5% of eligible pay.
