ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking a Construction Project Management Specialist who has supported Task Orders for facilities like those at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility.
This is an onsite position at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island VA
Manage/support all task order projects:
  • Facilitate task orders issued by the Government.
  • Coordinate contractors and on-site tradesmen and assure all badging, documentation and work procedures comply with GSFC mandates and specifications. (NASA WFF and Wallops Island SCSC US Navy)
  • Communicate with system owners, building managers, occupants and request system outages.
  • Maintain control of the task orders, subcontracts, budget and oversee project expenditures.
  • Lead prebid job walks with potential bidders and work with procurement on subcontract scope of work.
  • Participate in the weekly performance meetings with upper management.
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical systems, installation and code.
  • Experience and knowledge of outage & LOTO processes, electrical coordination with other trades.
  • Experience in reviewing, modifying drawings.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
