Commercial Glazing Fabricator (Storefront & Curtain Wall Fabricator)
About Us
Royal Glass & Aluminum is a growing commercial glazing contractor based in Fennville, MI. We specialize in aluminum storefront, curtain wall, and glass systems, partnering with general contractors, construction managers, and owners to deliver high-quality projects throughout the Midwest.

Position Overview
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum storefront, curtain wall, and door systems
  • Prep and fit commercial doors, including hardware (preferred experience)
  • Follow shop drawings and cut sheets with precision
  • Keep a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Collaborate with shop leadership and field teams to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For
  • Team-oriented and reliable - willing to take ownership of your work
  • 2+ years of aluminum fabrication experience (storefront, curtain wall, doors)
  • Familiarity with commercial door hardware installation (preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use standard fabrication tools
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
