Job description

Position: Structural Fabricator

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Fabricator with a strong background in structural framing (buildings, homes, sheds) using metal and composite materials. This role is responsible for constructing and assembling premium components according to exact specifications. You will use various welding techniques and fabrication equipment to build the structural bones of our products. This position requires high technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to strict quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to determine exact fabrication requirements.
  • Material Preparation: Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal sheets, tubes, plates, and steel sections.
  • Welding Operations: Select and operate welding equipment, focusing heavily on MIG welding for fabrication.
  • Equipment Utilization: Fabricate structures using cutting, drilling, grinding, sawing, and shearing machinery.
  • Structural Assembly: Assemble fabricated parts using bolts, rivets, clips, or fasteners to ensure perfect fitments.
  • Framing Execution: Apply fabrication skills directly to the framing and assembly of buildings, modular homes, or sheds.
