What is a walking messenger?

Walking messengers are individuals who deliver documents, packages, or messages by traveling on foot, typically within cities or large office complexes. They are often employed by courier services, law firms, or corporate offices to ensure important items are transported quickly and securely over short distances. Unlike bike or vehicle couriers, walking messengers navigate pedestrian routes, which can be more efficient in congested urban areas. Their role is crucial for time-sensitive deliveries where speed and reliability are essential.
