You’ll be embedded in a high-security, high-uptime environment, supporting both day-to-day logistics and strategic asset management.

  • Unload and stage deliveries safely using appropriate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts)
  • Store, classify, and tag equipment, spare parts, materials, and consumables in the warehouse or storage areas
  • Pick, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments or transfers to internal teams (facilities, network, power, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (cycle counts, reconciliations, adjustments) in warehouse / inventory management and ERP systems
  • Collaborate with procurement, facilities, and engineering teams to forecast needs and maintain parts and supplies availability
  • Monitor stock levels and trigger reorders or restocking to maintain defined par levels
  • Ensure all material handing and storage practices comply with safety, data center security, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order in warehouse, staging, and loading dock areas
  • Assist with logistics process improvements, cost reduction, and workflow optimization
  • Support internal moves of heavy / sensitive equipment (racks, UPS modules, batteries, etc.) while coordinating with appropriate teams
  • Participate in safety audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Basic computer literacy: experience with spreadsheets (Excel) and inventory/ERP/WMS systems
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy loads (e.g. up to 50+ lbs or per facility policy)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to work in a secure environment with adherence to security policies and protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, adapt to changes

Preferred (nice-to-have):

  • Prior experience in data center, telecom, or high-technology environments
  • Experience with IT infrastructure equipment (servers, racks, network gear, power equipment)
  • Familiarity with asset tagging, barcoding, RFID, or similar tracking systems
  • Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, lean / 5S / process improvement
  • Forklift / high-reach / scissor lift certifications
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in warehousing

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

  • Full on-site role (no remote)
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and physical handling of materials
  • Potential exposure to raised floors, cable trays, server racks, overhead spaces
  • Possible work in varying temperature zones (storage, dock, raised floor)
  • Must comply with data center access, security, and safety protocols
  • May require occasional overtime, weekend or off-hour work to support critical deployments

Key Metrics & Goals

  • Accuracy of inventory records (low discrepancy rate)
  • On-time parts deliveries to internal teams
