About the Role
We're hiring professional Unarmed Security Guards to help maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and property. You'll patrol assigned areas, manage access points, and document incidents with clear, concise reports.
What You'll Do
  • Patrol interior and exterior areas and remain highly visible
  • Control access at entrances/exits and verify authorization
  • Observe, detect, and deter suspicious activity
  • Respond to incidents and follow post orders
  • Write accurate daily activity and incident reports
  • Communicate with site leadership and, when needed, law enforcement
What You Need
  • Valid Maryland Guard Card
  • 21+ with HS diploma/GED
  • Strong written communication and report writing skills
  • Professional presence, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods and work with limited supervision
  • English speaking
Compliance & Onboarding
  • Background check: 7-year SSN
  • Drug test: 10-panel (THC OK)
  • I-9 & E-Verify: Required

  • Dress code: Company shirt and jacket provided; wear all-black clothing and shoes
