Data Analyst (Mortgage domain)
Reston, Virginia (In Person Interview)

8+ Experience with data analysis
Experience with SQL and querying databases
Experience with software requirements management and testing
Knowledge of mortgage finance a plus
Knowledge of the Agile software development methodology a plus
Collaborate with application owners to review defined business processes.
Review and define technical and/or data requirements for moderately complex application enhancements.
Contribute to application test plan and evaluate test results.
Conduct requirement analysis and advanced work for new capabilities and enhancements for products and services owned by Enterprise data
Work with Product Owners and Scrum teams and lead discussion on features and requirements and weigh in design decisions for products and technology solutions.
Communicate product vision, capabilities, and value to various audiences. Prepare product briefing at pertinent stages of releases.
Provide consultation and training for product adoption, provide business domain and/or technology and/or process expertise across teams and mentoring to others on team.
Establish test scenarios, participate and review tests, and perform post-production validations for releases
Must have strong experience in Data Analysis in an enterprise DWH environment.
Advanced knowledge in SQL writing is required
Strong analyst background in data-oriented applications
Must have experience working in large, fast paced Agile projects.
Knowledge of Mortgage Industry must be able to understand mortgage data.
Prior experience with Secondary Mortgage firms is a plus.
